If you contact us within 30 days after receiving the product.
The product may be returnable without using the warranty. You can read the return policy for detailed information.
If more than 30 days have passed from the date of receipt, the product warranty can be used as follows.
Contact the service center mentioned on the warranty page or choose to contact us to send you the contact number.
If the period exceeds 30 days from the date of delivery and the product does not contain a warranty.
Cyprus will not be responsible for covering the costs of repairing the product.

• Your shopping cart contains products shipped abroad.
•The total value of your shopping cart is less than $30.
•The total shopping cart value is more than $31,000.
•Your delivery address (some remote areas, some specific receiving stations) is not eligible for COD.
•Cash on delivery is not allowed in your account, based on your previous orders.

Step 3: Select the product(s) you would like to return and choose the reason for the return. Provide additional details to help us understand the issue.
Step 4: Choose your preferred refund method.
Step 5: Decide if you would like to deliver the returned product in person or have a representative present to collect it.
Step 6: Review the information and submit your return request.
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, you must inform us or make a return request within 48 hours of the delivery date maximum.
